Echo and Embody is a gentle, immersive experience that weaves somatic movement, guided meditation, and a sound journey into a spacious container for deep rest and reconnection. Participants are invited to slow down, attune to the body’s natural rhythms, and notice how sensation, breath and sound echo through the nervous system.
Across the workshop, you will explore simple, accessible somatic practices and gentle, intuitive movements to release tension, followed by restorative shapes supported with props, while live soundscapes from instruments such as crystal bowls and chimes support your practice and the body’s innate capacity to self-regulate. There will be time for reflective stillness, journaling or quiet integration, and a closing sound bath to seal in the experience.
This workshop is suitable for all levels, including those new to yoga or movement, and is especially supportive for anyone seeking nervous system regulation, stress relief, or a gentle reintroduction to embodied presence. Participants are encouraged to wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring any favorite props, eye pillows, or blankets for added comfort as well as a journal if you would like to compile your reflections.
