Signature Sound Meditation

We begin by taking an inward journey. Through visualization and breath work, we awaken the senses and bring you fully present in your body as you float deeper into relaxation by being “bathed” in the vibration of crystal singing bowls. This meditation, led by Robin (subbing for Tania Gold), continues with guided imagery, transporting you into a place of oneness and insight.
