Why the name Halcyon?
Halcyon was chosen as the name of Robin Roppo's homeopathy practice to honor her departed mother-in-law, whose massage practice was called The Halcyon Center. Ms. Roppo’s mother-in-law chose the name Halcyon as it denotes 'a time that was idyllically happy & peaceful' to reduce stress and tension in her clients, through massage.
